The 2018 Chardonnay de Brye Selection emerges from a block planted in 1976. Intensely mineral and savory, the de Brye Chardonnay is a wine of structure more than anything else. Dried flowers, sage, mint, apple and pear all open up with a bit of time in the glass. Crystalline and beautifully taut, the 2018 is just superb.
